Integrations

Works with the tools you already use.

Yindi doesn't replace your phone system, your CRM or your school platform — it sits in front of them, answers the call, and sends the details where they need to go. Here's exactly what that looks like today, and we're honest about what's live versus what's on the way.

● Live & direct

Direct integrations, working today

These are true two-way integrations — Yindi creates records and events in these tools automatically, the moment a call ends.

CommTrak

Yindi logs every call into CommTrak as a ticket automatically — correct customer, job type and full description. No manual data entry. Built for Australian service businesses.

Direct · automatic ticketing
Google Calendar

Google Calendar

When a caller books, Yindi checks availability and creates the appointment straight in your connected Google Calendar, then SMSs the caller a confirmation.

Direct · live booking
Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365

The same live booking works with Microsoft 365 calendars — appointments created on the call, confirmation sent by SMS.

● Works alongside

Works alongside your school system

Yindi answers the call and captures the absence or message, then sends your office the structured details by email and SMS — ready to enter into whatever platform you run. It does not yet write back into these systems directly.

X

XUNO

Yindi captures the details on the call and passes them to your team for entry into XUNO.

Email & SMS · no write-back
C

CASES21

For Victorian government schools — Yindi hands your office clean absence records ready for CASES21.

Email & SMS · no write-back
Why "works alongside"? Rather than claim a write-back integration we haven't built, Yindi captures everything on the call and gives your office tidy, structured details to enter — with zero change to your existing system, and no data migration. It works from day one, whatever platform you're on.
● In progress

On the way

We only list something here once it's genuinely in development — not as a wish list.

Co

Compass

A direct Compass integration is currently in progress. Until it's live, Yindi works alongside Compass the same way — details by email and SMS.

Se

Sentral

A direct Sentral integration is currently in progress. Until it's live, Yindi works alongside Sentral — capturing details on the call and sending them by email and SMS.

● Custom

Connect to almost anything

Beyond the platforms above, Yindi can integrate with any system that exposes an API or a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server — so if your business runs on custom or in-house software, we can usually connect to it.

Have a system not listed here? If it has an API or an MCP server, Yindi can most likely read from it and write to it — bookings, lookups, ticket creation, data checks and more. Tell us what you run on your demo call and we'll give you a straight answer on what's possible.

How Yindi connects to your phones

Yindi plugs into the phone system you already have — three simple ways, whichever suits your setup.

01

SIP trunk

For businesses and larger schools with VoIP — a direct, high-capacity connection that handles many calls at once.

02

Extension

Yindi becomes an extension on your cloud PBX (3CX, Teams, hosted VoIP) — rings through after your team, transfers cleanly.

03

Call forwarding

The 30-second option: forward on busy or after hours to your Yindi number. No PBX changes needed.
